Steamboat's Kids Ski Free(TM) and Grandkids Ski Free programs enable children 12 years of age and under to ski free the same number of days as their parents when parents purchase a 5-or-more day lift ticket. One free child per paid parent or grandparent. NO BLOCK PERIOD! Kids Ski Free(TM) is available the entire season. Proof of age is required for Kids Ski Free(TM) program. Lift tickets and equipment are required in all programs. Published prices are for clinics only unless otherwise designated (KVC, Adult beginner packages). Allow ample time to get equipment and lift tickets prior to clinic meeting times. Lift tickets are available at the Steamboat Ski & Snowboard School offices.

The Steamboat Ski & Snowboard School offices are located near the gondola entrance and are open 7:30am-5:00pm daily. Kids' Vacation Center (KVC) offices are located on the ground floor of the gondola building. KVC specializes children's programs, but can sell all Steamboat Ski & Snowboard School programs with lift tickets. Thunderhead Office is located at the top of the of the gondola and specializes in specialty programs and privates. This office can also sell all Steamboat Ski & Snowboard School and KVC programs.
